We eat a lot of eggs at our house, and one of the best ways to enjoy them is hard boiled. You can eat them in egg salad, sliced in a green salad, sliced in sandwich bread, or just plain!
Here’s how you do it:
- Place eggs in bottom of pot. Fill water to about an inch over the eggs
2. Heat eggs for about 10-12 minutes, or until they start to boil.
3. Once boiling, turn off heat and let eggs sit in the hot water for 10 minutes
4. Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice. Allow to sit for at least 5 minutes
5. Crack lightly and roll on a paper towel. Start peeling at the larger end of the egg
